What started as a collaboration with the Toronto District School Board has grown into a movement empowering the next generation of  youth. Since 2021, the Elevate Career Awareness & Mentorship Program has worked with four cohorts totalling over 100  high school students, connecting them with over 60 Black professionals across diverse industries through weekly virtual seminars.

 

Over  8-10 weeks, youth go through mentorship, personal development workshops, career panels, and hands-on guidance on career planning. We’ve helped students see beyond traditional career paths—showing them that representation matters and that their dreams are within reach. By bridging the gap between education and opportunity, Elevate is shaping a future where youth can confidently step into careers they once thought were out of reach.​
